Theme bedrooms, one in Sky Blue, with Country Cottage style 4 poster bed with patch work quilt. The other with foam white Iron bed and turquoise blue comforter. Full closets with mirrored doors. Foam-white trim throughout, creating a clean fresh look and feel to this newly created Cottage.

With 2 private Bedrooms, and Living room opening to a Sundeck, the Sand & Sea Cottage has all the comforts of home. A full kitchen - standard fridge, 4 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Full bathroom - tub, shower, toilet, vanity, plus a cozy woodburning fireplace. Nestled in one acre of forest, the cottage has a bright south facing view and sunlight most of the day shining on the cottage, yard and walk out sundeck.

Your home away from home, the Sand & Sea Cottage has everything you need, with the added delight of trails just outside your door and a few minutes to one of the few secluded sandy beaches on the coast. Also ideally central to all amenities, particularly golfing, kayaking and biking, just 3 minutes away and restaurants and shops of Gibsons or Sechelt 12 to 15 minutes away.

Cottage Rates

Sleeps 4 . Two Queen bedrooms based on double occupancy per room.
Daily Rate = $195.  Minimum 3 nights stay, except for fill-ins of 2 nights.
Weekly Rate = $1,170.00 = One Night Free

Cash payment is preferred but Credit Card is required to secure reservation.
Add 5% GST only if paying cash. Otherwise add additional 5% Credit Card Surcharge fee.

Cancellation Policy

Our main interest is to ensure your stay with us  is truly enjoyable. A 50% deposit of the Total booking value is applied at time of booking to guarantee your reservations. A further 50% of the remaining Total is applied with less than 14 days cancellation notice by email to discover@discoveryplaceretreat.com, or the full  amount for less than 48 hours notice.
